1. Our service

IAS Digital Solutions provides NFC smart cards and the digital profiles they link to. Product descriptions and prices on this site are for guidance; we confirm the final specification and price with you before work begins.

2. Orders and payment

An order request is not a confirmed order until we confirm it with you and any required payment is received. Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and may vary with quantity, design and branding.

3. Your content

You are responsible for the information, links and images you provide. You confirm that you have the right to use them and that they:

• Do not infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy
• Are not unlawful, misleading, hateful or harmful

4. Compatibility

Cards work with NFC-enabled phones. Behaviour can vary by device and settings. Each card also carries a QR code as an alternative.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use our service for fraud, spam, malware or any unlawful activity. We may suspend a profile that breaks these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The IAS NFC name, logo, website and designs belong to IAS Digital Solutions. You keep ownership of the content you provide to us.

7. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
