How delivery, returns and refunds work for IAS NFC cards.
About IAS Digital Solutions: IAS Digital Solutions is the company behind IASNFC, creating practical digital networking tools and smart NFC experiences for professionals and businesses.
1. Delivery
We deliver across Bangladesh. The estimated delivery time is confirmed when we confirm your order and depends on design approval, quantity and your location. Delivery charges, if any, are shared before you pay.
2. Custom and printed cards
Because every card is made to your details and branding, custom or personalised cards cannot be returned or refunded once production has started, unless they are faulty or different from what was approved.
3. Faulty or incorrect items
If your card arrives damaged, does not work, or does not match the approved design, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace or refund it.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel before production starts for a full refund. After that, the cancellation may not be possible for custom work.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method where possible, usually within 7–10 working days.
